the attached restaurant, 'the Quays,' offered a variety of options for our evening meals. we also discovered some amazing restaurants nearby that served delicious food at reasonable prices. the hotel was close enough to everything we needed, yet it felt far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. the bathroom was well-maintained, and the service from the staff was friendly and helpful. it was a great experience.

The lack of soundproofing in the hotel resulted in some noise disturbances from the nearby main road.

Had a NYE stay in this hotel. the two complimentary drinks at check-in and the fireworks display outside were nice touches. the location was pretty convenient with a shopping center and plenty of restaurants nearby. the room also had a nice view.

The room was not clean, the shower was not working properly, and the breakfast was disappointing. the staff didn't seem to care about these issues and were quite unhelpful.

Great value for a large group, with readily available taxis to take us to the party venue. Location offered access to various food outlets and was reasonably priced. Rooms were used solely for sleeping.

Hotel could do with a refurbishment.
